Subscription Plans

Section titled “What’s Included”All Thriva subscriptions include:
- Unlimited devices
- Unlimited children
- All features (no tiers or feature limitations)
- Regular updates and improvements
- Email support
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Visit thriva.app/pricing for current pricing. Plans are available in monthly and annual billing.
Annual Savings
Section titled “Annual Savings”Annual subscriptions include a significant discount compared to monthly billing.
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”Trial Period
Section titled “Trial Period”New accounts receive a free trial to explore Thriva fully before subscribing.
What’s Included in Trial
Section titled “What’s Included in Trial”Everything! The trial is a complete experience with all features.
After Trial Ends
Section titled “After Trial Ends”You’ll be prompted to subscribe. If you don’t, device management features will pause until you subscribe.
Extending Trial
Section titled “Extending Trial”Contact support if you need more time to evaluate Thriva.
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”Viewing Subscription Status
Section titled “Viewing Subscription Status”- Log into Parent Portal
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- See current plan, renewal date, and payment method
Upgrading Plans
Section titled “Upgrading Plans”Switch from monthly to annual billing:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select annual billing
- Prorated credit applied automatically
Updating Payment Method
Section titled “Updating Payment Method”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Old card is replaced
Viewing Billing History
Section titled “Viewing Billing History”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Billing History
- View past invoices and download receipts
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”How to Cancel
Section titled “How to Cancel”- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
Section titled “What Happens When You Cancel”- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No refund for partial periods
- Your data is retained for 90 days
- Devices continue working until period ends
Reactivating
Section titled “Reactivating”If you change your mind:
- Log in before data is deleted (90 days)
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Reactivate
- Your settings and history are restored
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Refund Policy
Section titled “Refund Policy”- Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
- No refund for renewals (cancel before renewal date)
- Contact support for extenuating circumstances
Requesting a Refund
Section titled “Requesting a Refund”Email support with:
- Account email
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
Payment Issues
Section titled “Payment Issues”Payment Failed
Section titled “Payment Failed”If payment fails:
- Check card details and expiration
- Ensure sufficient funds
- Update payment method if needed
- Contact your bank if issues persist
Grace Period
Section titled “Grace Period”Failed payments have a short grace period before features are paused. You’ll receive email notifications.
Re-enabling After Payment Issue
Section titled “Re-enabling After Payment Issue”Once payment succeeds, features resume automatically.
Receipts & Tax
Section titled “Receipts & Tax”Getting Receipts
Section titled “Getting Receipts”All payment receipts are emailed automatically. You can also download them from Billing History.
Tax Information
Section titled “Tax Information”Tax is calculated based on your location. Receipts include tax details for expense reporting.
Business Accounts
Section titled “Business Accounts”Contact support for:
- Custom invoicing
- Purchase orders
- Multi-family organization accounts

Section titled “Questions”Can I pause my subscription?
Section titled “Can I pause my subscription?”Currently, you can cancel and reactivate later. True pause functionality is coming soon.
Do you offer discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?

- Additional methods may be available in certain regions
Is my payment information secure?
Section titled “Is my payment information secure?”Yes. Payment processing is handled by industry-standard secure providers. Thriva doesn’t store full card numbers.
