Everything you need to know about Thriva pricing and subscription management.

All Thriva subscriptions include:

  • Unlimited devices
  • Unlimited children
  • All features (no tiers or feature limitations)
  • Regular updates and improvements
  • Email support

Visit thriva.app/pricing for current pricing. Plans are available in monthly and annual billing.

Annual subscriptions include a significant discount compared to monthly billing.

New accounts receive a free trial to explore Thriva fully before subscribing.

Everything! The trial is a complete experience with all features.

You’ll be prompted to subscribe. If you don’t, device management features will pause until you subscribe.

Contact support if you need more time to evaluate Thriva.

  1. Log into Parent Portal
  2. Go to SettingsSubscription
  3. See current plan, renewal date, and payment method

Switch from monthly to annual billing:

  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select annual billing
  4. Prorated credit applied automatically
  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Old card is replaced
  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Billing History
  3. View past invoices and download receipts
  1. Go to SettingsSubscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  • Access continues until end of current billing period
  • No refund for partial periods
  • Your data is retained for 90 days
  • Devices continue working until period ends

If you change your mind:

  1. Log in before data is deleted (90 days)
  2. Go to SettingsSubscription
  3. Click Reactivate
  4. Your settings and history are restored
  • Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • No refund for renewals (cancel before renewal date)
  • Contact support for extenuating circumstances

Email support with:

  • Account email
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date of purchase

If payment fails:

  1. Check card details and expiration
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Update payment method if needed
  4. Contact your bank if issues persist

Failed payments have a short grace period before features are paused. You’ll receive email notifications.

Once payment succeeds, features resume automatically.

All payment receipts are emailed automatically. You can also download them from Billing History.

Tax is calculated based on your location. Receipts include tax details for expense reporting.

  • Multi-family organization accounts

Currently, you can cancel and reactivate later. True pause functionality is coming soon.

Yes. Payment processing is handled by industry-standard secure providers. Thriva doesn’t store full card numbers.
